"Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are happy to announce the birth of their child," a representative of Turner said in a statement provided to CNN.

The couple married last year in two celebrations - an informal relationship in Las Vegas and a more generous event in France.

Jonas, 30, is a member of The Jonas Brothers. Turner, 24, is best known for her role as Sansa Stark in "Game of Thrones" by HBO.

Jonas, 30, grew up in Wakeoff alongside his brothers and colleagues in The Jonas Brothers. He and Turner performed quarantine together, playing gender roles in order to reproduce a popular celebrity video from "The Princess Bride" by Quibi and quarantined to attend the Black Lives Matter March in June.

Turner, who played Sansa Stark in "Game of Thrones", can be seen in the Quibi series "Survive" and Jonas in the Quibi travel series "Cup of Joe", which also features Turner.

News of Turner's pregnancy appeared in February. The couple got married twice in 2019 - for the first time at an impromptu party in May after the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas (broadcast on Instagram Live by Diplo), and again at a planned party in front of family and friends in France June. Turner and Jonas got involved in 2017.

Jonas Brothers canceled their stay in Las Vegas this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Turner appeared in music videos for Jonas Brothers' "Sucker" and "What a Man Gotta Do."
