Chang Song Min, a former aide to late South Korean President Kim Dae-Jung, claimed that the DPRK is hiding the truth about its leader's deteriorating health and that he understands that the dictator is in a coma.
This comes at a time of heightened speculation about Kim's true health due to a lack of public appearances this year. Kim Jong

Speaking to local media, Zhang Song Min said, "I consider him in a coma, but his life is not over."
He added that the dictator's sister, Kim Yoo Jong, 33, is in a prime position to assume some of her brother's powers.
Chang Song Min's allegations come despite North Korean media publishing pictures claiming to be of Kim attending a government meeting on Thursday. But Reuters said it could not "independently" verify the images.
Earlier this week, Kim Jong Un was alleged to have promoted his sister to the second place in the leadership of North Korea.
