The Ministry of Public Works is competing with time to complete the opening of new spinning, weaving and clothing factories at a cost of 21 billion pounds, which contributes to achieving annual savings of about 15 billion dollars.

The first spinning mills will be launched in 2022 with the launch of the world's largest spinning mill at the Misr Spinning and Weaving Company in Mahalla, and the remaining spinning mills based on cost. The JPY 21 billion will be operational once construction is complete, and cars and trucks will start arriving from Switzerland, Italy and Germany after the agreement is signed. 540 million euros to carry the new product under the name "Net", meaning that it is made of 100% Egyptian cotton.

The new factories will import yarn, textiles and clothing annually, and after the development of all companies they will be able to export products worth 10 billion dollars, raising the total savings by 15 billion. dollars a year.
