The dollar was steady against the Egyptian pound in today's trade at Banks of Egypt and Al-Ahly, as it settled around £18.89 for buying, while it was as high as £18.95 for selling.
The euro was priced at £19.23 to buy and £19.39 to sell, while the pound sterling was priced at £22.93 to buy and £23.9 to sell.
Arab currency exchange rate
The Saudi riyal was £5.02 to buy and £5.04 to sell.
The Kuwaiti dinar was bought for £59.22 and sold for £61.74.
